From the Airport: Upon Arrival at Airport

OAK - Claim your luggage on the lower level. Call phone number listed on your voucher and provide your reservation number. A van will be dispatched for pickup. Present your prepaid voucher to SuperShuttle driver. You will be transported to your San Francisco residence or business destination.
Between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM waits can be 30 to 45 minutes.

Luggage

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. Luggage space is limited on our vans and sedans and we have to allow for luggage for other passengers on the van. Special arrangements may be required if you'll be carrying excessive luggage or over sized items.

A rule of thumb is 2 checked bags and 1 carry on. If your checked bags exceed 70 pounds or the total dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height), please call our reservation center for special instructions on booking your reservation.

If you'll be carrying a surf board, crate or skis, please call our reservation center to book your reservation. SuperShuttle San Francisco does not offer an over sized luggage option. In this event, the exclusive fare of USD 50.00 will be charged and must be paid by cash or credit card on-board the van at the time of the transfer.

Note: Service is valid for transportation to downtown hotels only. Children younger than 3 ride for free. Your voucher is valid for travel to SAN FRANCISCO RESIDENCES AND BUSINESS ADDRESSES only, and not to bus, train stations or another airport.

• Vans will hold either a maximum of seven (7) or eleven (11) passengers
• Shuttles operate 24 hours a day
• Child Car seats are not provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Vans are wheelchair accessible
  

Luggage Limitations

• Please limit luggage to 2 carry-on bags and 2 check-in bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)
• Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.
• Over sized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the SuperShuttle Van Driver. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Once purchased tickets cannot be canceled. No refunds are available. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%.
